Wedding Planning & Function Coordinating

 

We employ a team of function co-ordinators at The Moon & Sixpence who will be your regular contact regarding the actual function day, wedding checklist, invoicing, telephone support, menu and final sign-off meeting. The initial décor meeting with our wedding consultant, Sally Brinsford, is a must and will provide you with invaluable information about our regular service providers, décor ideas, candles and overlays. To assist you in planning your perfect wedding, these initial meetings are included in your venue hire cost. You are welcome to organize your own service providers, but they must familiarize themselves with the venue before hand, as to know what equipment to bring along
